Crooks Rapids manufactures 3-season park model trailers for use in seasonal resorts. All park models are built to the CSA-Z241 Standard and all units are CSA-certified. Our shop is located near the town of Hastings, Ontario.

Quality Construction

All Crooks Rapids park models are built in our climate-controlled shop, safe from the weather. Each unit is hand-built with quality materials by our small team of builders. All electrical, plumbing, gas and HVAC services are installed by licensed tradespeople.

Residential Features

All Crooks Rapids park models are built with the comforts and features of home. Key features include a full-sized shower/tub, flush toilet, high-end plumbing fixtures, pot lights throughout, and plenty of windows. All exterior walls are built with 2X4 lumber, and insulated for 3-season use. Interior walls are insulated for noise reduction. Ceiling heights are a full 8' high, with additional height added using a vaulted truss design.
